The kit is based on the ECCV 2024 template and on Springer’s llncs class (v2.26). It is freely available and released under the MIT license. The example paper, main.tex, contains the complete formatting and submission instructions. Please read it before you start writing.

Key rules

  • Length — at most 12 pages, including references. Longer papers will be rejected without review.
  • Supplementary material and code — none is foreseen. You may share the source code and the instructions to reproduce the experiments through the submission form, as a link to an anonymised repository on anonymous.4open.science (preferred) or as an anonymised zip file. The paper itself must not contain links to the code. To apply for the RRPR Badge, the code must be provided at submission.
  • Generative AI — the use of large language models and other generative AI tools is permitted. If you used them, you must disclose how, in a dedicated section included within the 12 pages.
  • Anonymity — the review version must be anonymous. Do not identify the authors or link to pages that would, and omit acknowledgements. No paper ID is needed; it is assigned when you submit.
  • Template — use the template as provided. Do not change margins, fonts or spacing. Your PDF should follow the example paper as closely as possible.
  • Camera-ready — if your paper is accepted, follow the TODO FINAL comments in main.tex to produce the final version, including the author list and the Disclosure of Interests statement that Springer requires.

Compiling

Edit main.tex and work through every TODO REVIEW comment. Compile with pdflatex. It is required because the axessibility package used for PDF accessibility does not work with XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX.

pdflatex main
bibtex main
pdflatex main
pdflatex main

On Overleaf, upload the zip with New Project → Upload Project and keep the compiler set to pdfLaTeX.

Submitting

Deadlines, the submission system and the full review policy will be published in the Call for Papers.
