Author registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration by the author registration deadline for the paper to be included in the proceedings, and the paper must be presented at the conference. The number of papers covered by a single full registration will be stated when registration opens.

What registration is expected to include

  • Admission to all main-conference sessions
  • Admission to workshops and tutorials (scope to be confirmed)
  • Conference materials and access to the proceedings
  • Coffee breaks and lunches on conference days
  • Welcome reception (to be confirmed)
  • Conference dinner (to be confirmed — may require a separate ticket)

Final inclusions will be listed alongside the fees.

Payment

The registration platform, accepted payment methods and invoicing details — including arrangements for Italian public administrations requiring electronic invoicing — will be published when registration opens.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation and refund policy, including deadlines and any administrative fee, will be stated at the time of registration.

Student status

Participants registering at a student rate will be asked to provide proof of enrolment, such as a signed letter from their supervisor or a valid student card. Details will follow.
